How many times have you heard this question? I get it all the time. I can understand why, most people do not like to do sales. Unfortunately if something is not bought or sold no one makes money period. There is no way around this fact of business. Let’s see why.

This is basic business 101 you have to sell something in order to make money or get paid. Whether you work for someone else or for yourself. When you work for someone else you help that person sell a product or service so they can make money and you get a paycheck, rather small paycheck I might add. If nothing ever got sold no one would have any money at all. Everyone would be sitting around flat broke, well most people are flat broke anyways even working.

Another aspect of selling most people do not realize is that everyone is selling whether they know it or not. You try and sell yourself in a job interview to look the best you can. Or even when you meet someone you like you also try and sell yourself to that person, not monetarily but you want to look and act your best. Even when you want to make friends. Or even when you want something or do not want something. You see without knowing it we are all selling something.

When you go shopping that particular store is trying to sell you something. Selling is everywhere you can not escape it. Everything we do is based on buying something from someone like everyday living expenses, vacations, cars, houses, food and the list goes on.

In network marketing people are so worried they might have to sell something. When you buy something you are helping that person or store make money. Everywhere you go someone or some company is trying to sell you something. Why not turn the tables and make some money yourself. If you do not sell something you do not make money. That is just the way it is.

And basically if you going around trying to sell your product, company, comp plan you are doing it all wrong. Well some people do come in through a product experience others just want to make more money. And truthfully you make money when people buy and use the product or service month after month, not just bringing someone in the business.

Most people would like to make more money but do not want to sell, impossible. A sale has to be made at some point. Would it really matter what it was you are selling as long as it is safe, effective and does not hurt anyone and actually helps people?

So the real question is how do you make money in network marketing without selling?
