          There are a lot of theories out there on what it takes to become healthy and stay healthy. What you are about to read many people have never heard before or maybe you have. As I was studying nutrition in which I have a master’s degree in natural health and healing, I came across this information and it changed the way I look at health forever. As I studied more and more into this information it was clear to me that this is the true foundation of good health for everyone.

          I was really alarmed about all of this when I found out that Doctors and Pharmaceutical companies actually know about this and do not tell us consumers about it. Doctor’s are even taught this concept in medical school and are not telling us, or at least I have never had a Doctor tell me this or my family. I believe the reason we are not told this information is that there is not a lot of money to be made in keeping people healthy, only keeping people sick.

          Enough said the true foundation of good health is “alkalizing the body.” What does this mean let me explain. There is something called the PH scale that determines whether water or any other liquid is too acidic or alkaline. The scale goes from 1-14.  Battery acid and hydrochloric acid is too acidic (1) and liquid drain cleaner is too alkaline (14). Natural lake water is in between and is neutral (7). Now are bodies are supposed to be neutral at 7-9 for optimal health. By the way soda is at (2) which is very acidic not good for anyone to drink.

          When our bodies are to acidic the body does not perform the way it is supposed to, it does not perform at an optimal level. The body starts to breakdown this when we get sick which also includes cancer and disease. Extensive research has been done on this subject which you can google and find out on your own. When the body is to acidic there is less oxygen in the body which means the body is struggling for more oxygen which is why the body breaks down. More oxygen means the body operates at optimal levels, less oxygen the body struggles and breaks down.

          What we are noticing is that when the body of the child is alkalized the parents start reducing he medication (Ritalin) and even stop the medication altogether. That is amazing being able to completely stop medication. The child ends up being in better shape than when on the medication, and the parents and family are much happier. Imagine that no medication and functioning better and being happier.
