The big pharmaceutical companies have won the battle for your money when it comes to ADD/ADHD. With their marketing propaganda campaigns inside the Doctor’s office and the Health Care Industry. They have everyone believing that medication is the only way to effectively treat the condition.

I have found out in my natural health studies education which I hold a Master’s degree in, that medication should be the last resort not the first. Unfortunately big drug companies have won that information battle so far.

There are many people out there and maybe you are one that would rather not give their children medication or in the case of adult ADD/ADHD the same is true. You probably would rather not give your child medication at all if you knew of another way for your child to stay healthy. And now with the onset of adult ADD adults would probably not take medication either.

It is a shame but this condition is a money making industry, and big drug companies are making billions in which they are not about to give that up.
