I just put on a pair of jeans I have not worn in months and I was shocked they don’t fit anymore. It looks like I lost about 2 inches around my waist. My wife said I lost weight in my face which was a surprise. Never really thoght about that.
My goal is to get to 10% body fat and be ripped and I am almost there. I am losing this weight without taking any weight loss products and without going to a gym. I have no gym membership and don’t want one.
It is being done totally natural.
